What cities/areas do you deliver to and does the price include delivery and set up?
We deliver to all cities within metro Atlanta and a 50 mile radius from our base location in Covington, GA. There are travel fees added to an order depending on the address. Deliveries to Conyers, Covington and less than 15 miles from our base location are free! Total costs will be shown before submitting order, which includes all charges. Please call our office for a quote if you feel your address is not within 50 miles of our base location.
When do you set up?
It depends on how many scheduled rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We always call or text the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location. For Monday-Friday rentals, please call our office to speak with a team member for arrangements.
We've rented some dirty inflatables from companies in the past. Will the inflatable be sanitized and cleaned before use?
All inflatables are cleaned and disinfected before use with an organic cleaner. It's our guarantee all units will be cleaned and sanitized before use and customer can inspect the unit(s) before use if it is desired.
Does the blower have to run the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged the jump will deflate. We require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit If your power outlet is greater than 100 feet from the blower, a generator will be needed. Please click the link for a generator rental (Generators). We provide heavy power cords with every rental.
Do you set up in Parks?
We recently stopped setting up in parks due to issues with units being stolen. If you have a corporate event where more than 6 units are rented, we can work out an attendant staying for the event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Paypal, ApplePay, and Venmo. We do accept checks from businesses. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we require a minimum deposit, which is 20% of order total. Deposits are required to hold your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested within 48 hours after making a reservation and deposit in which full deposit will be refunded.
What if we need to cancel a reservation?
Please call our office, text, or email us if you need to cancel your reservation. Any cancellations requested 3 days or more prior to the reservation delivery date will be refunded, minus the minimum deposit that's required when submitting an order. Any cancellations requested 2 or less days before reservation delivery date will not be refunded, but can be used for a later date as a credit up to one year. If inclement weather occurs on day of reservation before we deliver, we will give you a refund, minus the minimum deposit amount. Also note, if we recommend the reservation be cancelled due to possible inclement weather and the customer insist, or request the inflatable be delivered and inclement weather occurs, there will be no refunds, or credits for later dates if the inflatable can't be used.
How big are the jumps and slides?
Most of our bounce houses are 15'x15' feet. Our slides range from 15 to 22 feet in height and can be up to 32 feet length. Please note the space required for each inflatable is different as some are larger than others and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure the inflatable will fit. All inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 400 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete and any hard solid surfaces. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl inflatables.
Is there a contract and safety rules?
Yes. Contract and safety rules are provided while making reservation.
What if an inflatable gets damaged while in our possession? Are we responsible for any damages?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc, which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. We do give you the option to add a damage waiver, in which the customer won't be responsible for any damages done by mistake. Any intentional damages are still the responsibility of the customer.
