1. Scope of Work
The Service Provider agrees to provide balloon decoration services for the Client as outlined below:
- Decorative Items: [arch backdrop, balloons, one pedestal, 2 column with .]
- Decorations Placement: [entrance, inside the event.]
- Setup Time: 1:00pm
- Removal Time: 6:00 pm
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
The total cost for balloon decoration services is $ 410. This includes:
- Materials: Balloons, arch, columns, pedestal, and other required supplies.
- Setup and removal of decorations.
- Delivery
Payment Structure:
- A non-refundable deposit of $ 82 is due at the time of booking to secure the date.
- The remaining balance of $ 328 is due the event date.
Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods, (PayPal, zellle, cashapp, vemno). The Client acknowledges that the balance must be paid before the event for the Service Provider to perform the decoration services.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the event is postponed, the Client can reschedule the decoration services, subject to availability. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the event venue at least 2 hours before the event for setup.
- The Client must inform the Service Provider of any specific venue rules or restrictions regarding balloon decorations.
- If there are any issues related to parking or unloading at the event site, the Client must provide solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
5. Liability and Damages
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage caused by balloons once they have been delivered, set up, or during the event.
- The Client agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless from any liability or damage arising from the use of balloon decorations.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to, acts of God (such as weather, natural disasters), governmental regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Modification of Terms
- Any additional services or changes to the initial order must be agreed upon in writing.
- The Client and Service Provider may negotiate and agree on modifications to this contract, but these must be confirmed in writing.
8. Agreement
By completing the booking online and submitting the deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
